V8 torque vs. RPM Dyno Simulator Software

Description

A user-friendly Excel based GUI to predict the torque vs. RPM curve for V8, 2 valve per cylinder, normally aspirated hot rod engines. You will need Excel loaded on your computer to use this file with the embedded GUI. It is based on a Monte Carlo Neural Network (MCNN) algorithm derived from 175 engines that were participants in the Engine Master’s competition. The file contains plots of the measured torque, the model’s predicted torque and the measured vs. predicted torque error per RPM for these engines. It has a user’s input GUI to plot the models predicted HP curve for any of these engines, a GUI input to model the user’s custom designed engine and a GUI that begins plots at 1000 RPM. The 1000 RPM GUI is a separate GUI since the lowest ROM for the Engine Master’s competition was 2500 RPMs. Please see the video on my home page for additional details.
